What can I do if processing fails?

Check that the source is playable and in a supported format. If the engine download fails, check your connection and retry. If your device runs out of memory, try a smaller video.

Can I remove background music and keep the voices?

Muting a video removes every audio track, including speech, music and ambient sound. Use a source separation tool if you need to keep speech and remove music mixed into the same track.
