Common questions
Is my video uploaded?
The video and exported file stay on your device. Your browser fetches the processing engine from a public CDN.
What if my video has several audio tracks?
The tool exports the first audio stream in the container. A silent video with no audio stream cannot produce an MP3.
What can I do if processing fails?
Check that the source is playable and in a supported format. If the engine download fails, check your connection and retry. If your device runs out of memory, try a smaller video.
Can I convert MP4 to MP3?
Yes. Choose an MP4 file on your device and the tool will convert its first audio track to MP3. The file must contain an audio track.
Can I extract audio from a video link?
Choose an MP4, MOV or WebM file already on your device. The tool creates a downloadable MP3 locally and does not accept YouTube or other video links.
